The Peer Collaborative Resource Network (PCRN) seeks to advance quality and effectiveness of career and technical education programs by providing information and resources reflecting the strengths and needs of state and local practitioners cutting across geographical and socio economical boundaries.

This peer network is a resource and information-sharing forum for state and local Career and Technical Education (CTE) administrators and practitioners. A joint initiative between the U.S Department of Education’s Office of Vocational and Adult Education (OVAE) and the states, this site provides a peer-to-peer forum for states to improve their capacity to collect quality data as they relate to the Perkins III and IV accountability requirements and to promote quality vocational and technical education programs.

PCRN seeks to increase coordination and communication between and within states so as to improve their respective capacity to collect quality data, as it relates to the accountability requirements of the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006.
